Tender for the Service Agreement of Mass Spectrometer Systems
The open procedure (EU Public Procurement/Public Tender) includes the procurement of the services of multiple mass spectrometer systems.
We are looking for a service partner who can take on the service responsibility for our different mass spectrometry systems. Currently we have 40 units configured in 8 different systems.
The tender has a duration of 2 years and can be prolonged in 2 periods of each 1 year.
The open procedure (EU Public Procurement/Public Tender) includes the procurement of the services of multiple mass spectrometer systems.
We are looking for a service partner who can take on the service responsibility for our different mass spectrometry systems. Currently we have 40 units configured in 8 different systems.
The tender has a duration of 2 years and can be prolonged in 2 periods of each 1 year.
The period of the framework agreement is from 1 January 2021 until 31 December 2023. Hereafter the framework agreement can be prolonged in 2 periods of each 1 year.

It is mandatory to fill out/answer the relevant Appendixes in the tender material.
C.S.R: As a public Company, the Customer is obliged to ensure that suppliers act accordingly to the 10 Principles of the United Nations Global Compact work Clause: Statens Serum Institut is a public company and therefore obliged to avoid social dumping when procuring is intended for spending of public resources.
With reference to the minimum requirements of this tender, the supplier is obliged to document the existence of a quality control system that is validated, e.g. ISO or likewise.

Application for this tender is done by completing and submitting the ESPD Document.
The tender document contains the guidelines for the submission of tenders, communication between the tenderer and the orderer, as well as information about the tender.
The tenderer must carefully examine the documents of the tender document. Failure to comply with this tender document, or with any other tendering requirements, will be at the tenderer’s risk.
The tenderer must ensure that the documents have been correctly completed, as a failure to comply could result in the tender being unconditional and thus not be included in the tender evaluation process.

Complaint regarding the award of contract must be submitted no later than 45 calendar days from the date after the contracting authority has published a contract award notice in the European Union Official Journal informing that the contracting authority has awarded the contract, cf. lov om Klagenævnet for Udbud § 7, section 2, No 1.
Complaint regarding the contracting authority’s award of contract without prior publication of a contract notice in the European Union Official Journal must be submitted no later than 30 calendar days from the date after a contract award notice has been published by the contracting authority in the European Union Official Journal and that contract award notice includes the grounds for the decision to award the contract directly, cf. lov om Klagenævnet for Udbud § 7, section 3.
